Wallaby Thermal Drone Survey

Accurate Monitoring of Free-Ranging Non-Native Populations

Small, agile, and largely crepuscular or nocturnal, wallabies present a unique challenge for wildlife monitoring in the UK. Originally introduced through escapes from private collections and parks, free-ranging populations now exist in localised pockets across the country and the Isle of Mann.

At BH Wildlife Consultancy, we utilise high-resolution thermal drone surveys to accurately detect and monitor wallaby populations - even when traditional methods fall short.
